Our Story:
In 2020, Ali Mojiz starts his career as an ETL developer
The year was 2020. Ali Mojiz was working as a lead data scientist at a big IT consultancy, developing AI models and researching machine learning. As the lead on many major projects, he soon realized the growing trend of data and analytics. Ali always wanted to experiment with entrepreneurship. Initially hesitant, he was convinced by his brother, Adeel Mankee, our current CEO.
The time had come
In December 2020, Ali’s brother, Adeel, urged him to leave his job in asset financing and pursue their dream—starting a venture in data science and AI. The demand was clear, and they took the leap. Ali would lead, while Adeel, still employed, supported as a strategic partner.
It took six months to land their first deal: a US-based health-tech start-up tackling COVID detection through cough analysis. One deal led to another, and by the year’s end, they could afford a small team of four. Their secret? A relentless dedication to learning, which became a cornerstone of their company culture.
Year two saw a 300% revenue boost. The team expanded to 15, working across industries from health-tech to logistics, constantly evolving with new challenges. Learning remained the key to their rapid growth.
By 2023, Adeel came on board full-time as CEO, and they built specialized teams across sales, marketing, and HR. Though they grew 70% that year—slower than anticipated—they broke into public sector projects, establishing expertise in data management and analytics.
In 2024, they welcomed Muhammad Ali Asad Khan as Chief Strategy Officer, strengthening their enterprise data strategy focus.
From four people to over 30, the journey has been about nurturing talent, solving problems, and building a company that values attitude over size. And they’re just getting started.
